I had the assistance from Chirag Patel from Customer Service. He was very helpful and very patient with me. He took the time to direct me step-by-step with the type of discounts I wanted to include on my website. He has also assisted me with other issues I had on my website. I also shared access through Shopify's collaborators for him to assist me with something I was unable to do myself in the code section. After my experience, I really trust this app and its customer service. I really appreciated his help and I would definitely recommend this app.

Lightning-fast and efficient customer and tech support. We just installed the app, and Chirag from the team was super quick to get everything running correctly and smoothly. The app is actually very powerful, and we can't wait to get more sales thanks to it!

We use this for tiered discounts for our affiliate partners. The tiered pricing is the most flexible we've seen for similar apps and it works really well.
Online chat fixed my initial installation issues in less than 5 minutes, impressive. I feel confident moving forward that if I need any further assistance I'll be able to get it.

I can’t install it and always report an error 500. If I can install it and use it normally, I might actually use it. Maybe it’s because the product is being updated, but now I can’t use it

What the app does is great.
The support is great.
Unfortunately it doesnt display the discounts on the product and collection pages. (which was my requirement)

very hard to understand settings and totally incompetent support chat. total waste of time even trying it.
It only is 2 stars and not 1 because support was able to point out how to do a clean uninstall without code left.
