Horrible experience!!!! They left an automatic discount on and we had to cancel out over 15 real orders!!!! AND they broke our cart code!!!!!!!! this app is like a VIRUS!!!!!
We sincerely apologize for the experience and understand the frustration caused.
Our team investigated the issue immediately and remained in direct communication with the merchant throughout the process.
During the review, we identified that the store was using subscription-product functionality, which is currently not fully compatible with the AIOD app discount system in certain cart scenarios. Because of this limitation, the discount behavior may not function as expected with mixed or subscription-product carts.
We would also like to clarify that AIOD applies discount functionality only and does not directly control storefront cart quantity behavior or core cart logic.
Even though the app has now been uninstalled, we truly appreciate the feedback shared. Cases like this help us continue improving compatibility handling, safeguards, and the overall merchant experience.
We sincerely wish the merchant and their store continued success moving forward.
Worst app I’ve every tried. No customer support (AI does not even answer, and then ends chat before any answer), but it does have this annoying and deceitful chat icon that makes it seems like I have a message, but instead opens browser window to the useless chatbot. The app does none of what I need; show before/after prices, free shipping bar. and after creating a dysfunctional upsell popup it’s impossible to delete it and start fresh.

This app ruiend our Black Friday Sale. On a day where our business gets to take all of our hard work and have it repaid, this app lets us down. It stopped working 1 hour into our sale and our inbox was flooded with customer complaints and questions. Customers stopped shopping because the discount codes stopped working. We are beyond frustraded and there's absolutely nothing we can do about it now. A very sad day for our business.

When we got the notification, we immediately started work on that and fixed it ASAP for you. This is the technical thing and takes some time to fix and we are greatly sorry that it took some time to fix. I understand the situation about the BF so we make our whole team fix it within an hour and make sure it does not happen again in future.
Installed the software. Installation page wouldn't load. Spoke to someone on the chat but unfortuantely nobody was available to fix it. 2 minutes later, we noticed an order come through discounted by 10% which we did not authorise and did not setup.
Uninstalled and unimpressed.

We already ask for the access on 2nd July 2024 but we didn't get any response from your side. Please allow me your store access to configure the app in your store theme.
Incredibly confusing to set up. You cannot view any colour or text customizations until your discount goes live. Customer service is quite relaxed, to say the least :/.

app never loaded and didn't get enough help
We tried to create a bogo sale using this plugin. Based off of the reviews we decided to give it a try. It does not work at all. The tutorial for the bogo is 2 years old but seems like it should work. Unfortunately it does not work at all.
First of all I apologies for that.
As I can see there might be chance that the app is not configured in your theme and due to that you are facing an issue.
We always maintain our high standard of support to make everything right ASAP. Here we need to configure the app in your theme to work everything in your theme to apply the discount.

As I can see the app is not configured in your theme and due to that you are facing an issue. Each and every theme has different code structure and due to that in some cases we have to configure the app manually.
I request you to reinstall the app and we will configure the app for you ASAP. Hopefully you can see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. This makes us all the more keen to make sure this gets resolved and doesn’t happen again.
