I noticed that you contacted our support team on August 6th, 2024, at 00:21 am. Our representative promptly responded to your query 7 minutes later at 00:28 am, explaining that the charge occurred because the app was uninstalled during the middle of the billing period. Additionally, a refund was issued immediately.
Could you please confirm if you received our email regarding this matter? We aim to ensure all our customers are satisfied, and your confirmation will help us ensure everything was resolved correctly.
