This app has a very user friendly design which makes it easy to customize down to the most minor details. Allowing me to make small changes on the fly is going to have a huge impact on my ability to recommend items, which hopefully leads to more sales. Their support team helped me with a custom solution to a very niche issue my store was having, and they did it all in under two hours. Still figuring out how to use the app, but so far it's easy to use and I had a terrific customer service experience. I was trying to rearrange the widget's display on our website and emailed them to make the change. While working on manual recommendations for one product, I clicked to preview it and already saw the change. I was saying 'wow' to myself when I received their email saying it had been done. Lightning fast, literally like 90seconds!

I used this APP to help my store upsell, yes it is a potential software for me , hopefully it is more convenient to use

I'm just setting up my store and getting use to the software. I had some early learning curve issues and sent the guys an email. They responded very quickly, went in and adjusted the style of the products so they now present in a very clear and crisp manner.
