So far so good, I have today installed the app and needed to contact them to move where it was located, they were super fast in sorting this out and replying to my messages.
Initially the apps chooses what to show but there appears to be various ways to change this including a manual option so you can control it, but as this will no doubt take some time to work through at least there are items showing straight away.
Apparently it will learn from sales previously made and then on an ongoing basis which will be interesting as will the stats that it learns and then shows when it has enough data.
At this early stage I am impressed, only time will tell how it goes but I feel confident.

It really works well. My AOV increased. I would only recommend a cleaner settings menu, and an important feature which is to exclude some recommendations. For example, if a customer lands on an expensive product, it should not show a cheaper one of the same category.
Overall, I like it.

The team is very helpful and respond very quickly to any emails sent. Also use their other app, Frequently Bought Together.

So simple. Thank you for making such an easy and intuitive app. There's lots of options for customizing. One thing I'd like to see is being able to have multiple display rows (similar to Amazon) so we could have - for example - Related items - People also viewed - Items in same Collection. The more ways to slice this up and put more products in front of our customers, the better.

Delighting customer support tweaking the app to fit the appearance better on my personalized theme on install, without asking :) 5/5 never seen such initiation from customer support unless specifically asked

This is a great app. Easy to use with high value. The customer service has been great. Frank has answered all my questions and helped with the configuration.
