You can tell by how they responded to my review with accusations that they are not a professional company. No apologies just accusations. Alts were super long or just really bad. Alts sound like a computer wrote it. Some items were not populated at all and the costumer service had no answer for all these mistakes. I tried to communicate with them so basically after this mess the costumer service said "maybe this app is not for your store". I sell products how this app not for my store? Basically most of my ALT's are a mess and they just gave up. Now the claim I was abusive? It’s a lie I have all the emails sent. I’ll gladly show them to anyone. This app should not be offered on shopify and is definitely not made for Shopify. I only received my refund because I had to report them to Shopify. Unless you want all your Alts to be a mess don’t use this app. I switched to a much better competition and I’m so happy although I had to pay to fix all these mistakes. It was a horrible experience. I hope I can warn anyone about this app.
AI will write: "Model wearing ..." as Alt which is clearly not ok
or ALT's are too long
or you pay to overwrite but it does not overwrite. I just dont understand how you could give this app any positive rating. They promised a full refund never got the refund.

This customer has been flagged to Shopify for abuse. We verified the alt text was correct and accurate on their images, and attempted numerous times (over 20 emails) to work with them to both understand and improve their results. We even offered to do a live screenshare (typically only provided to Enterprise customers who pay over 10x what this customer had paid), but they declined. We offered to remove all generated alt text if they wanted, but they also declined :)

A full refund was indeed provided, and proof was sent to the customer, along with an email from Shopify verifying this. Sadly, this customer was belligerent and threatening the entire time.
