A Huge Time Saver – Highly Recommend!

AltText.ai was exactly what I needed! It helped me quickly find and fill in all the missing alt text on my Shopify store’s images—something that would have taken me hours to do manually. What used to be a tedious and time-consuming process became fast and effortless. The app is easy to use and incredibly helpful, especially for improving accessibility and SEO. One of those great apps that just works and does exactly what it says it's going to and does it well! The ai generated alt tag text is accurate and informative - processed just under 2000 images for us in about 20mins! I had a couple of questions for the support team when I was trialling it before subscribing and they were quick and knowledgeable. Recommend!

I was genuinely impressed with this app – it’s incredibly easy to use and delivers exactly what it promises. Within about an hour of signing up, I was able to update alt text for 1,500 greeting card and gift images for my rural gifting business, www.countrysidegreetings.co.uk. Bulk option from a product list does nothing. New/edited products are picked up but a lot of alt tags are not cleaned properly. Here are examples:

There is potential, but for now uninstalled

This has saved me so much time in not having to write nearly 2000 pieces of text. Great app, also allowed me to pay per bundle instead of subscribing.

Great App for easy and fast Alt-Text generation. The filter Function for the Bulk-Editor could be more divers.

Really impressed with this app, it's super easy to bulk update items (click bulk update then select this app to edit them) and the descriptions it comes up with are really helpful.

Easy to edit if you need to make changes (color to colour, for example) and great to not be tied into a monthly subscription. I really appreciate the option to just buy credits.

If you're like me, you will have read the negative reviews and but don't let them put you off, this app is doing a great job and I'm delighted to have found it.

It's going to save me hours (if not days!) of work to bulk update them.

It is such a great AI tool. Unlike other SEO applications, which only produce texts featuring their names and brands, this tool provides descriptions based on the image itself.ch only generate products with their names and brands. This one describes my product based on the image itself.

Fantastic app that saved me hours and hours of work. The tags language is well-constructed and keeps the character count to the industry standard. Only took a few minutes to edit over 900 images. Hopefully better SEO/AIO results will follow!
