Best Amazon App for a Shopify Integration. It just works and works well! We can sync all amazon orders into our usual shipping workflow through Shopify, which is exactly the solution we needed. Set up was a breeze and after using it for over a month I would definitely recommend it to others. The front end may not look as streamlined as some of the others (I think I've tried them all at this point.) But Codisto and one other had severe issues during setup and we could never get them working properly even after talking to support.

I used this App for over a year paying $29 a month. Had issues at the beginning and support tech named Olivier would fix it right away. Now over the past month inventory wasn't syncing with new items listed on Amazon. I put in a ticket a some new guy answers and asks a question. I would reply and then no answer. A week went by and I put in a new ticket and he would ask a question again and I would reply. Then I wouldn't hear from him again. At this point I'm getting frustrated. I put in another ticket and he asked another question again and I replied. Again no answer from him. Over 1 month of this goes by. The negative reviews are correct with this app. Customer Service is horrible. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Wir nutzen die App für die Amazon FBM Anbindung. Die Installation war einfach und die Funktion ist einwandfrei. Klasse finde ich, dass man einen persönlicher Ansprechpartner hatte, der uns zwei mal unterstützt hat. Das gibt es nicht oft bei Shopify Apps. Kann die App also weiterempfehlen.
A great way of cutting through the confusion of Amazon. We've recently signed up and I've had an onboarding session with Keterson. Looks good and looking forward to getting many more products listed.
I have been using Amazon for over 10 years and have found it extremely difficult to maintain this with my Shopify Store. This app will really help keep things up to date. You need to commit and ask for help, and wait for the answer from Olivier and then implement, and if it doesn't work ask again. Amazon is huge and different product types have different requirements, so spend a little time, and Olivier will help you upload your products. The system will then stay updated as you edit your Shopify site.
Olivier lives in the East so the time zones are a little out, but he always replies and gives advice. Stick with it!! And you will find it makes your life easier!
App works as mentioned and price is relatively reasonable. I had some big troubles early on importing products lacking UPC as well as certain variants not being coded properly. An agent with the app helped me get everything straight and now all my listings are publishing perfectly. Now, this process took 20ish days to fully resolve. My rep was in contact with me often, but I never felt like it was not going to be resolved or worked on diligently. I am pretty satisfied with that service. Since the upload completed 2 days ago I have netted 6 additional sales. Since starting with the app I have added an additional 40 sales and ship all orders through Shopify. Probably a customer for life on this one.
