We had this app installed for a few months and it worked well until they decided to remove an option to receive inventory from FBA. Support responded that "nobody was using this option" as a reason for that. No email to let us know. Looks like our business is not valuable enough to send an email. Very unprofessional.
FBA, of course, *FBA is well supported by our App*, however, it wasn't mentioned in your support inquiry, your review is based on something that has never been asked. You also reproach us to have removed a feature that never existed and to do not communicate on this. We are sorry, we can't communicate on something that doesn't exist or never existed.
Not ready for Prime time or Business at any scale... We started out great with this plugin. Super helpful support, but as time went on, developers would make changes to how orders were imported (without notice), stuff would fail and support took well over 24 hours. This plugin and team are not up to the task of supporting businesses with any significant volumes. I suggest you search elsewhere for more capable and reliable services before risking your Amazon account with these guys.
Nothing else to say that the trouble has been fixed at the same moment you were writing this review. Our apologies if your support time didn't correspond to your expectations, but we do apply the industry-standard SLA (support standards and timings)
Excellent App and Support Team obviously it is an application for experts and for those who know what they are doing In any case, the support team helped us with a problem that had arisen, quickly and professionally There are English guides for setup and it supports all Amazon countries

This app has cost my company hundreds if not thousands of €. While their customer support (Keterson) does his best to help, it is beyond hopeless when he is trying to help you with a program which is completely broken. For the past 6 weeks now orders import to shopify spontaneously. I have contacted support endlessly to no avail, just told they're doing updates, which is highly unacceptable on any live app. Sometimes orders don't import, it means orders on Amazon don't get shipped on time and badly affect our account health. Sometimes orders import days / weeks later, after the order has already been manually imported. Its impossible for staff to know this and so they go ahead and pack a duplicate order. I would advise anybody against using it if there is any other program out there whatsoever which can do similar functions, inevitably you will find this app is far, far more expensive when you have accounted for the mess it leaves your business in.

L'application a été mis en place suite à un souhait d'intégrer les commandes Amazon dans Shopify. Les commandes et l'inventaire remontent correctement et la synchronisation est immédiate.
I used this app to push part of my catalog on Amazon and sync inventory rules and have a not so obvious set-up in terms of SKU mapping. After a few calls to the support that took the time to understand my needs, guess what?? it works fine! I was sceptical in the beggining as Amazon has strict guidelines but finally found an app that avoids me the headache. I recommend you give it a real try it's all worth it in the end.
We started last week with a this app, and we paid for them to customize our products to upload to amazon. They just uploaded one category and they did it without any problem,they customized it as we requested. Customer service has being very friendly and fixed all the issues very fast I will update this review at the end.
Great app, great customer service. We use the app in multiple stores and had some feature requests that had been implemented very quickly.
This app is excellent and VERY powerful. I'd used other FBA integration apps in the past that were much more "plug and play", but wish I'd found this one much earlier. It's super configurable and if you're fulfilling orders via fba, it's an excellent solution that won't lead to unexpected product changes on your store. Be forewarned, that the documentation for this app is lacking, but the customer support is excellent, so if you're unsure, just ask them.
Good to see where are the real professional sellers appreciating the features we are providing :) Well noted for the documentation, we will try our best to improve it. Don't hesitate to contact us when you need.
If you want an app that sells YOUR products on Amazon for you this is the app you want. 100% needs to be made easier to use but I believe this will happen going forward. I have tried the others but this is by far superior to them in every way.
Support is good, a little slow at times but Olivier is fantastic and understands your needs, Just remember timezones!
Read the tutorials as much as you can, set rules and watch your profits skyrocket :)
