This is an update to my previous review. I have been using this APP for several months now and must say that this App is the best I have seen. On top of that the team's support is Amazing. They become part of your team. We considered and tested several Apps to integrate our store with Amazon. This was by far the best App. It has a lot of functions to map and manage how your products are published. It also does a great job with orders and inventory management. Their support team was also great. Thanks Keterson for all your help

This app allows a lot of thing... little big complexe at the begin but when you know how to use it well it's very very powerful.
Do hesitate to contact the support if you have some trouble to use it.

I've used a lot of apps to get our products on various marketplaces, this is by far hands down the best. It's easy to use, great dashboards, and it's extremely flexible!

Support for this app is amazing. I don't envy the developers who have the task of making the Amazon seller channel easy to use, but these folks do as good of a job as one could expect. We had an edge-case issue connecting existing products from our Amazon account to our Shopify store. The support/tech team jumped in and implemented a fix. I'm super impressed.

We've had this app installed for a little over a year, and have had no issues with our current configuration. I am about to start in on some enhancements that go beyond what the initial contractor set up. I had a 30 minute onboarding session, and I was very impressed with the customer service rep's knowledge and understanding. I'm looking forward to discovering what the tool can provide.

If you want an app that sells YOUR products on Amazon for you this is the app you want. 100% needs to be made easier to use but I believe this will happen going forward. I have tried the others but this is by far superior to them in every way.

Support is good, a little slow at times but Olivier is fantastic and understands your needs, Just remember timezones!

Read the tutorials as much as you can, set rules and watch your profits skyrocket :)

The app does what it is supposed to do. So 5 star for that. It also has many features to help the merchant work smoothly with Amazon. Issues have arisen in terms of timing in the orders and therefore not organised etc, but the support team is fast and efficient. So another 5 star for that. We have been with the app for now 5 months and overall very satisfied and pleased. So another 5 star for that. The only thing i would say is it could be a little cheaper as when you sell small items you do need a certain volume to cover the costs (app subscription fees, amazon subscriptions fees, amazon commissions, amazon refunds (which are high vs our online store), etc)... but overall this is a detail and the app is well worth it! If something it should be amazon which should lower their fees ;) Thank you guys! Keep up the good work and looking forward to continue growing strong together! Arturo & playoffside.com team
