When I contacted the service department, they helped me out with how to set up my cedcommerce to the shopify account and ensuring that I understand every step of the process.
Prompt response from the teem and enthusiastic personel to help you out. Still struggling with listing products on Amazon. Hopefully, we will have it sorted with the teams support.

This app is very well organized, stays up to date, and when there is an issue encountered, the support agents and devs are ready to help however they can. I really appreciate their support flexibility- being able to video chat and share your screen makes troubleshooting sooooo much easier and more efficient. Big shout out to Utkarsh, he is super helpful, patient, and an excellent communicator.

Amazing customer service! All the staff members that I interacted with they gave me a lot of information on how to list my products. Through videos, FAQs, and help docs we guide you so that you don't need to depend upon us and you can work independently.

The support team is very helpful and quick to respond. I am still in the early stages of setting up the Ced app, but up to now I can say the concept is great and the support team has been helping me along the way.
