New to amazon and this app! Within the first 5 minutes of using the app I had a handful of questions. I was able to chat with a team member in seconds (REAL TEAM MEMBER, NOT A ROBOT) and they were able to answer everything I needed immediately. I am writing this review while currently still setting everything up with only a total of 20min using the app, but felt the need to submit this now as I was genuinely impressed with the response time and experience thus far.
Other app creators should take notes ;)
Great app for instantly linking amazon and shopify. The service is unbeatable with experts available on live chat instantly and always ready to jump on a video call to solve any issues. Prashant has been a hero over the last 24 hours!
I had no idea what I was doing initially, then I joined into a customer service chat room and not even 10 seconds later they already saw the issue and walked me through each step very thoroughly
