I switched to CedCommerce after Amazon Integration Plus was always down and their communication was terrible. This is the exact opposite. The one time I had an issue they answered the chat almost immediately. I'm very happy I switched.
So far so good, any problems they are always there on chat to help and problem gets sorted straight away, app working great
Excellent app and customer service. There are very few apps that provide 24/7 customer service. I had a minor issue and they resolved it within minutes. I have tried other amazon integration apps before but this is the best one.
