Be very careful of these lot, i come to the conclusion they deliberately made this app difficult and with problems so that you pay them to help you and it is there job to help clients with issues but they don't, if you tell them an issue they give you basic reply to tell you go do it yourself, so then they can prey on you to pay them, eventually a clients might ask for them to help and they say you have to pay and send you a huge price from 100's to thousand of dollars, it does seem suspicious of a scam this company. not genuine people.
We paid this company’s staff to help upload our products. Never do this.
They take your money and then tell you that your case is “special.” They keep saying they are trying, but that there are many obstacles on Amazon’s side. In reality, nothing gets uploaded.
They only send messages saying they are working, but there are no results.
They also refuse to refund money for work that was never completed.
Do not ask them for help unless you want to lose both your money and your time.
Not user friendly. No one responds to queries. Cannot create variants. I would give it 0 stars if it were possible.

Because your employee was uncooperative, I told him I didn't know the technical aspects. He told me they would do it for me for $799. I said I wanted to try one product to understand how it worked, but he didn't help me. He said I could cancel the application. Bad behavior and a bad employee.
The app is not working, my products are not being synchronized with Amazon, support is of no help and only tries to sell consulting services
This is the second time I am giving this app review. I posted 1 Star before, but their support team reached out to me on WhatsApp and requested that I remove the review. I removed the 1 Star review out of courtesy.
But the app made me do this again. Reason: I am being charged even when I'm not using the app. I am being charged for the past 2 months, even without my permission and without the app.
Support is quick to respond, but then takes hours to “check.” I don't know what they do during that time, but basically they just rephrase and repeat what I asked. I get the impression that this is intentional, so that in combination with the overly complicated user interface, you end up paying their people to take care of everything.

Screw Amazon, seriously. You now have to shell out an additional €40 per month for a Professional membership just to be able to use this app.
I used this app on an Individual plan for months, only for them to suddenly lock me out and demand the upgrade. To make matters even more pathetic: after I left a review, they had an Indian representative harass me on WhatsApp, using a translator to try and manipulate me into changing my feedback. Well, I hope you like the new feedback.
It is straight-up extortion to demand €40/month on top of their already ridiculous sales commissions just to use a basic integration app. If the app wasn’t meant for Individual plans, I shouldn't have been able to use this buggy app for months. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid both Amazon and this app at all costs.
