Very weak support. No U.S. hours support. App is riddled with bugs and their team reluctant to jump right in to investigate when you clearly show them the bugs. They constantly try to find temp workarounds even if you insist to "lets catch the bug, document and get it patched". One thing they're always very focused on its their festivals.

Yashi provided fantastic support and guidance, which finally enabled me to understand the basics of listing products on Amazon.

Yogesh was quick to look into my issue and get things sorted out right away. We had an order integration issue that just did not make sense, but they had the issue sorted in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Yogesh!

Mannu Singh is an amazing communicator. He is thorough and well educated on the platform of Amazon. I’m impressed with him because he wants to make sure that we complete our project. He has text and called to make sure that I felt comfortable with learning about the platform and making sure I can complete my task.
