Mannu S. was super responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and remained very patient while I was gathering all the information needed to help us troubleshoot why FBA orders weren't showing in our Shopify reports. Mannu quickly discovered the issue, walked me through the steps and even worked on bringing over a month's worth of FBA orders over into shopify. I'm so grateful!! Thank you so much.

This app is great and the customer support is fast to respond and they're very patient and very helpful when answering my questions. The customer support is incredibly great, they are always super patient with me and no matter what problem I'm having they respond kindly and quickly with the exact information I need. I was also offered extra support through email and google meet which was I appreciate.
Great experience, we've been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a few months now, and compared to how difficult Amazon makes integrations this is a breath of fresh air, there's been a few small issues here and there but support always comes through fairly quickly to help resolve those, it's always a pleasure to talk to folks like Ankit which has been an great resource tackling any issues or questions.
