Really helpful customer service. Online chat helped guide me to understand the system better (amazon) and how the services integrate and talk to each other.
Yogesh. Is extremely knowledgeable and was able to offer me fixes for problems that I didn't even have. I expected to have a return email in 24-72hours but he jumped on a video chat immediately. CedCommerce has made our Amazon sales improve 1000% and will be sticking with them in the future.
Really helpfull but most importantly, incredibly helpfull support! The are always patient and always availble, they really know how their product works and they are willing to assist you end-to-end.
