The app works great for us and has helped us a lot to save a lot of time. Support was also responsive and receptive to our suggestions. Best app I found for my needs, highly recommend!

Good app to replace Shopify's abrupt failure of their Amazon connector. Compared to others, the UI is a little bland but functionality is solid and allows me to easily decide if I want to ship from local inventory or FBA by order.

We're using this in the UK. Works well and so far seamlessly notifying customers at each stage of the process from receipt of the order to completion. The support is extremely good and open to suggestions to making improvements. Would recommend.

Very happy with the app. Had two hiccups when we first installed the app. Customer Support was very quick to respond and provided clear and detailed direction to resolve the issue.

This is the most complete app for FBA. The best part is the partial order functionality even in auto mode. We requested a new feature and it was made in 24 hours. Very impressed!

Our search for FBA order fulfillment ends here. This is the most complete app for FBA. We particularly like the manual mode as we want to check before shipping. Pricing is slightly on the higher side. Special mention to Mane for resolving all our queries.

We have tried a few apps to sync our orders with FBA. None of them are perfect. But Shipr is definitely the best one so far. The pricing is totally on point (some others have ridiculous rates). We asked for SKU mapping and they provided it (SKU mapping isn't as pretty as some of their competitors but it works). They actually reply to customer service requests with intelligent replies (another one of these apps lost us over $500 of materials because they double shipped - they never bothered to answer not even refund for the monthly fees). Honestly I am quite satisfied with this app. It does what it is meant to and I know that if I have a problem I can contact their support.

I have been using this app since December. This app used to be great until recently. Now, this app is buggy. The Fulfillment location is not correct. And sometimes the order never changes from unfulfilled. Customers are asking where the tracking number is. Hopefully the support team can fix it, otherwise I will have to change to a different app.

I would give them 0 starts is I could. Stay away from these scams. I have uninstalled the app a while ago as it didn't sync the orders properly and i had to do it manually myself but they keep charging me for several months already. They don't even respond emails when I send them to get my refund. STAY AWAY!!

This is a completely unfair review from the folks at ever-hot.com. We tried to explain the situation to them via support emails before writing this reply.

1. They first installed the app on Dec 22, 2020. The 7-day free trial expired on Dec 30, 2020. Then they uninstalled the app on Jan 11, 2021. Hence, the store was automatically charged by Shopify as per the app charges.

2. Instead of raising a refund case with us, they emailed at mailer@shopify.com and expected us to refund the amount automatically. Mailer@shopify is a no-reply email ID that does not forward the emails to us. Our support email is support@shipr.freshdesk.com.

3. When they did not get a reply from us, they simply left a 1-star review with no fault of us. Only at this point, we come to know about their case.

4. We have no legal obligation to refund the amount. Despite that, we considered refunding if they removed the unfair review.

5. They also put a 1-star review of our other app Connectr for the same reason.

6. Our apps processes thousands of Shopify orders and auto ship via FBA every month. It did not work for ever-hot.com because of misconfigured settings. We were willing to assist them to resolve all the issues.

7. It is impossible for us to charge even 1-cent extra than what is confirmed by the merchant. This is because we use the official Shopify Billing system that automates the charges. Subscription ends automatically as soon as the app is uninstalled. Sometimes there is a charge after uninstall since the billing cycles do not match. All this is automated by Shopify. Anyone having experience working with Shopify apps can confirm this.

Its an unfair review that does not correctly describe our app.
