Amazon does not care at all about their Amazon MCF customers. They are the lowest priority and Amazon doesn't fulfill our products or give any update to the customer until the last day. Recently, they imported all of our products under the wrong sku. Mistakes are ok, but then they gave us a random date that was 6 weeks out and said they wouldn't even investigate that they were sending our customers the wrong sku until the date passes. So they have been sending incorrect shipments out to our customers and have told us they won't care about that shipment until after the 6 weeks passes. I wouldnt recommend MCF to any business.

Excellent! So much faster than any other 3rd party app available on here and it's FREE! You'll notice a lot of the negative review are on the MCF service more than the app, well, I can say (as of Sept 2024) they're recently upgraded all of their shipping speeds as well. I don't know why anyone would pay for a 3rd party app when this one is available and works like a charm! I've never once had to reach out for support like I have with the other apps.

The primary reason I've only given 2 stars to this app is the lack of support for it. In 4 days of trying, I still can't get any. Five days ago a customer placed two orders. I sent in a request for fulfillment. FBA never acknowledged it. (Meaning, it doesn't even show up as "pending"). So the order is stuck. I can't cancel the order in Shopify because I've already requested fulfillment. And since FBA has no record of the order, there's nothing I can do on their end to resolve the issue.

I recently started using Amazon MCF, and it’s been a lifesaver for managing my store’s fulfillment process. This app integrates perfectly with Shopify and lets me use Amazon’s fulfillment services for my orders. It’s super convenient—orders are shipped fast, and I don’t have to worry about inventory logistics anymore.
MCF is the worse. They don't ship your orders on time, no support, no help, after they don't ship on time and deliveries are not received on the days promised, customers are mad and will not use shop with you again. **If you call into support then email someone and you have to wait days for answers. In the mean time your order is still not shipped and when you try to cancel it because they failed to ship on time they will not allow you to cancel the order.
This is the repeat problem: They fail to ship on time. The order to your customer will not arrive on time for the wedding, baby reveal, or funeral. So then you have to ship the product yourself by EXPRESS OVERNIGHT and pay hundreds of dollars to keep your promise to your customers. You then have spent all this money and Amazon still will ship THAT original order late and will not allow you to cancel the order.
So you have shipped double the order amount and pay both Amazon and on your own for excess shipping charges to get a customers order to them on time.
This has happened more times than I can count. IF YOU VALUE your customers on your site or other sales channels DO NOT USE MCF. They do not ship on time, orders do not arrive on time and you CAN NOT rely on them.
MCF will not fill the order if an Amazon FBA order is opened at the same time. Amazon FBA takes priority over MCF.
Read all the bad reviews online about this mess. I WILL NOT USE MCF ever again. Stick 10 (not strike 3), I'm out and so is MCF.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our shipping SLAs only apply to items that are already stowed within Amazon fulfillment centers. With the Amazon MCF app, we display only available inventory in Shopify that is ready to ship and orders can route to MCF for fulfillment right when the order is placed to further reduce shipping time. 10/10. This product is perfect integration for MCF and Shopify.
IF you get the chance to work with SONJA, you will be in great hands. I'm writing this because she's been working with us for years and with Amazon for nearly a decade and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for you. I recommend this app, but especially if you can have the pleasure of working with her.
This app is relatively bare bones but is quick and works well.
Ideally I would like to see the following updates or improvements.
1. Ability to change MCF shipping speed after the order has been placed by our customer before it is submitted for fulfillment. If the MCF shipping speed was displayed the same way it is on customer checkout that would be great.
2. Display the cost of the MCF shipment in the Shopify order
3. Display the expected ship date and delivery date in the Shopify order

We are having major issues with amazon mcf and their warehouses. Be prepared for the folllowing:
1) to lose 20% of your inventory
2) The amazon mcf does not show the inventory from amazon seller platform
3) almost zero responses from Amazon MCF and amazon itself
4) Most likely will lose your a lot of your customers
