I'm unable to uninstall your app, i've tried so many times and you keep appearing, this is causing us issues with double inventory and a lot of terrible reviews. Do not use this app there are plenty better.
Hi Arms of Andes team - we attempted to email you a few times to help you map your SKUs. Note that your SKUs must be enabled for FBA in SellerCentral to be able to map them in the MCF App. We would be happy to assist you to ensure you can easily onboard to the app!
We've tried pretty much all of the other 3p MCF apps and none of them worked as it should. I can probably write a book about their bugs and lack of CS.
The Amazon one, at least for now works great. It's simple and robust, and the installation was super easy.
You can manually split or re-route orders if you want to fulfill some of them in-house, and it's free!

This app is relatively bare bones but is quick and works well.
Ideally I would like to see the following updates or improvements.
1. Ability to change MCF shipping speed after the order has been placed by our customer before it is submitted for fulfillment. If the MCF shipping speed was displayed the same way it is on customer checkout that would be great.
2. Display the cost of the MCF shipment in the Shopify order
3. Display the expected ship date and delivery date in the Shopify order

The app works as it should. In other words we shouldn't rave when something works like it is designed.
What doesn't work though, are Amazon's policies when they lose packages. They can deliver a package to an address that has been demolished. They can deliver packages to next door neighbours, or they can just mark packages as delivered without said delivery. And then when one raises a case they say that oh well according to our policy if it is marked as delivered then we cannot reimburse.

We have very simple use cases for this app, and it works very well. It has helped us to automate which orders get sent to MCF versus our other 3PL. We had some initial challenges with Onboarding, but a very quick call with the MCF support team, and we were off and running in a matter of minutes.

Its a bit complicated to setup but once it's running it's a great service.
Not as easy to set up as other connectors, but Amazon was very helpful and made sure it worked. Orders are feeding through and so far so good.
If we compare this to TikTok, Amazon is a winner. TikTok is a loser.
In due time it should work really well.

But the shipping speed is not ideal while the inventory is relatively low.

App works good for automating order fulfillment.
Support is pretty swift in case you have any issues.
If you need more flexibility and customization, you'll need a paid app for that

So far...pretty flawless!!
-Can see that orders are accepted/rejected MUCH faster
-It "appears" that orders are shipped faster by Amazon- as the early metrics suggest
I have been using the native Shopify MCF connection for about 4 years. Did the job pretty well with no major problems - and was FREE. Was about to migrate to a PAID MCF app, when I heard the Amazon was publishing an MCF- Shopify app. After using this for quite a few orders, everything is working very well - and again it is a FREE app.
One bonus is that when a single order is split into different shipments, this app NOW handles seperate tracking numbers in the same order. That means the customer is updated in knowing the different tracking numbers. Thus, support queries received about "where's the rest of my stuff" are pretty much eliminated.
Keep this app working flawlessly, and make improvements pls.
