Amazon Importer Spreadr App

This app is incredibly user friendly! Made learning how how to integrate our new shopify shop with amazon a breeze.

I used this app for the first time. It is pretty easy to use and import products from amazon. I recommended it.

This app is really easy to use, not much tech knowledge required and good documentation.

I've gotten off to a rocky start with this app, but the developer has been FANTASTIC and is helping me work through the issues which can only help everyone who is using this app. Some important things anyone using Spreadr needs to be aware of:

When you list Amazon products, under "Visibility" DO NOT check the boxes for Facebook, Pinterest, etc. - ONLY check "Online Store." On other sales channels, buyers will see an "add to cart" or "add to bag" button not a "view on Amazon" button. If they purchase an item, the checkout will go through Shopify, not Amazon and you will be paid, not Amazon.

Amazon products will be converted to buyable pins if you use the Pinterest sales channel. (You can pin items from your web site - not a problem) You may have the same problem with Instagram depending on the app that you use to create a buy button.

Second issue: When products are added using Spreadr, a tag is automatically created for "Amazon Affiliate." I was told by an Amazon rep that this violates the affiliate agreement - it's a trademarked term. My account was shut down. The developer is removing the tag, but you have to go through your existing products and remove it.

This app has great potential and the developer is incredibly responsive as far as working out the bugs (and an all-around really nice guy!) Just be aware of issues that can crop up so you can avoid the problems I've had.

Yes. An intuitive, professional, fast and very accurate application. All in all, but the response time of the support team, the speed of reaction and, last but not least, the efficiency left me speechless. They did the integration of my application in Shopify without them being able to check the end. My mistake for not giving them the password. But it worked perfectly. I was not satisfied and wanted to change the color of the element that they modified. I wrote them what I wanted and after a maximum of 20 minutes they made the change. Fantastic. Thank you for your promptness, professionalism and courtesy. It is clear that I found the perfect application for Amazon. Good luck to the whole team.

I was sorry to discontinue this app because it really helped my online store. The only reason that I unsubscribe is that I did not carry enough sales to Amazon and since I was de-activated I no longer needed the app. Thanks for all your help.

It's been over a month now since I downloaded this app, and I could not be more happy with it. First and foremost, their customer service is stellar. I have 19 apps on my Shopify store, and Spreadr has the best customer service from all of them, by far! They answer you quickly, clearly, and go above and beyond to help you out. I would give them 100 stars for their customer service.
Regarding the actual app, it's phenomenal. I use it for my Amazon affiliate store. I use the chrome extension that Spreadr offers, and it's very convenient. (You can also use it the standard way from your Shopify dashboard, but I personally find the extension to be more convenient.) Anytime I want to import an item from amazon, I just click on the extension, it uploads everything, including photos, and then it gives me the option to edit it. There's also many customization that I enjoy, such as editing the 'buy' button to say what I want it to so, and more.
I recommend this app to anyone with an Amazon affiliate store. From my experience, Spreadr is the best in the business.
