Very good support. Although the app could need some UX improvements it was very simple to use and it does what it should be. Until now: very satisfied! :)
Super helpful team solving issues in a timely manner and being very friendly and open in 1-1 meetings. This app will save us so much time going forwards for our marketplace business. I'd give it 10 stars if I could ;)
Overall great support and the app does what it says with a reasonable price compares to similar products. Awesome support on feature requests as well.
Extremely useful app for managing the content between three international sites. Took a little bit of communication with support to iron out some issues but ultimately the app does everything we're looking for. We even asked if it was possible to automatically find/replace internal URLs within different subdomains and Gaurav was extremely helpful- it wasn't something the app did but they've now built it in for us! Probably the best support we've had in many years of using Shopify.
The app has some cool features -- being able to sync by collection and also product mapping with handles. However, lots of these features can only be implemented by contacting the developers. I've been waiting on a response for over a week and have sent multiple follow up emails.
While apps like Syncio may not have the same cutting edge features, support is great and they respond same-day. This is absolutely imperative for large scale operations such as ours. Leap has unfortunately lost our business due to this.
Honestly the worst sync app ever... Ruined my store, lost all data of the 500 plus product titles and descriptions that i did SEO for just prior to launch. Slow to no help from dev... I don't understand how Shopify would even allow this app to remain on their platform after numerous other stores having issues. For those that want to download this app i would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Gaurav was very helpful and answered all my queries. My messages were responded to promptly. The app is simple yet functional. I am happy but at the same time believe there is lot of scope for enhancements. Gaurav was honest about it. Thats what I appreciate the most. Great customer service and an open mind are assets of this company.
continuation of the disaster. This app has completely ruined my store. I have to add all the products manually, create a new feed, and new ads. Assign opinions to the products, and create new product groups for swatches. Create upsells. All over again.
Support didn't even say sorry. And all I wanted to do was synchronize my inventory. I repeated it several times during chatting with them (wish I could upload photos of that).
Please do not use this app under any circumstances.

The most shitty app and the most shitty support ever. It totally destroyed my store, and messed up other apps. The day before I was speaking with the support about my needs so there won't be any problems. And then what? After syncing inventories the app changed everything, titles, descriptions, tags prices, which affect google ads, FB ads, and so on. Totally messed up everything. Fortunately, I exported products before using this app. But to my surprise, I cannot upload the products. Shopify's support says that the app left some code after uninstalling and that is why I cannot import any product. Right now I have zero products in my store. Do not use this app! It should be banned from Shopify store!

Unfortunately this app does not work correctly and i've reach out to customer support a few times without a resolution. I installed on my wholesale website to sync with my retail. If something sold on my retail, it wouldn't update on the wholesale and vice versa. Then, I would sync from my wholesale over to the retail and it would create duplicate products in my retail. It hasn't worked from the start and support has not given me a resolution, so I've had to move on and find a new app.
