Gaurav was very helpful and answered all my queries. My messages were responded to promptly. The app is simple yet functional. I am happy but at the same time believe there is lot of scope for enhancements. Gaurav was honest about it. Thats what I appreciate the most. the app works great. we had a few questions and requests during setup. The customer service was immediately available and helped us via zoom video call very well and answered all our questions immediately and solved all problems and challenges easily. I can highly recommend.
Super helpful team solving issues in a timely manner and being very friendly and open in 1-1 meetings. This app will save us so much time going forwards for our marketplace business. I'd give it 10 stars if I could ;)
