After uninstalling and deleting they are still charging me $30 per month and nobody replies to support requests.

Hi Chris,

as mentioned in the email, all the billing is done by Shopify, so they control the billing cycle. There is no way we (or any app for that matter) can charge after the app is deleted.

Also, we answered to your support request 2 minutes after it was received with all the details (times of install, upgrade, uninstall) and explanations, and while we are super flexible with refunds, pushing for it with a negative review doesn't really work.

Please review the response, that has been the tone of this interaction. Suspicion about my motives, but no real help. They could just diagnose the issue, I think they just want me to go away in all reality.
Don't use this app until you read this review. This app has not been at all user friendly. Support is very slow and they seem to take it as a personal attack, so far I have received an email having a go at me for pointing out a long standing issue, again, then nothing, ignored again. This app takes weeks to start working, then to be honest is not as effective as Fire AMP. Hopefully support will fix the issues that have dogged my page since I installed the app. Not really happy. Very average indeed. I will update this review as I go, not great so far, they come across as super disinterested, unlike may apps who cannot do enough to help. 0/10 thus far. After 24 hours and six or seven messages to support, still no contact, not a word, wow, this really is proving to be the worst customer support app on the internet. I will update this review daily until someone gets back to me.

3 hour delay in response on the support ticket might not be the fastest, but given the time zones seems acceptable.

Writing a 1 star review minutes after installing the app, and then mentioning another app in the same review, seems a bit strange.

No results yet. That's why I'm not yet able to rate this App positively. I'm still waiting to have some type of impact that is in direct relation with it

Lots of pages dont show my product at all. Only able to view a few product images. Whats the use of having amp pages if people can't see what they may end of purchasing?

Habe die Webseite nach der Installation täglich mit GTmetrix und Seobility getestet. Die App hat meinen Shop langsamer gemacht und Fehler verursacht.

I'm really sorry you feel this way. Our AMP app makes no changes to your Shop or theme with the exception of adding 1 line of metadata which does not affect your store. This is why your comment is surprising. I would love the chance to show to you that our app would help your speed.

Could you also let us know what errors you found so that we can fix it? I tried emailing you earlier but am not sure if the email went through. Could you write in to info@ampifyme.com from your email ID? Once again sorry that you feel frustrated with us but I request the chance to understand the issue and try to resolve it.

Worst Experience ever. This app do not come with amp for Homepage and other pages.

Once the Amp site was created, some of the links were not working properly and the ones which was working, was sending the customer to the main site.

I have raised the concern with the customer support initially they were good and said they will resolve the issue at later stage when i chase them for an update after 2 weeks, the customer support team start sending multiple string of massages and start blaming me saying i am causing them loss for the usage of resources to resolve the issues (Unbelievable ). I find it really rude to deal with customers.

Reader: Please be careful, if you are looking for AMP of your whole site including home page and other pages this is not a good app for this purpose. i suggest you to stay away from this.

The site builder loaded my logo and images distorted and low quality. I found the app disappointing. Why would I trade speed for poor appearance? Both is important.
