i just got this app the true it does nothing all the apps on here they really dont help with sales or get people to come to your store

Lacking in features, doesn't support line item properties (a very basic shopify feature), then told me it would be a custom development project just for me. Also, customer service is slow and confusing... sentences like "I’ll ask this question to the team, as I’m only support" make no sense to me.

i dont have use it. I tried using it but it is not user friendly. Since i am new to this thing, this product should explain how this will work. A sample would be a good idea. But right now i tried my best to understand how this product work which is a waste of my time.
