I was being charged for a plan when the store had been inactive for a year but they were super quick to respond and solve the issue I had. I was issued a refund for the mistake on Shopify's end.

So far so good. I have been using it mostly to view what has been added to cart so have not thoroughly tested the recovery emails. Had a minor issue initially installing but after contacting support it was fixed in seconds!

This app is relatively affordable, easy to set up, and after one month of use I can tell that it is working very nicely.

App is great, easy to use, and a great combination of the Shop Popups, title bar alerts, and the Cart Recovery is great! Highly recommended

I just added the app so will see how it goes. I added the 3 email recovery to see if I get some abandoned cart recover.
