Obwohl ich die AÖp deinstalliert habe, wurde eine Zahlung eingezogen. Ich finde keinen Kündigungs Button und per E-Mail erreiche ich auch niemanden. Ich bitte dringend darum, dass ich jkontaktiert werde und der "Vertrag" aufgehoben wird.
Thank you for your review, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused. We want to reassure you and other merchants that this was resolved: the charge was refunded in full as soon as the Shopify invoice was paid, as Shopify only allows app refunds on paid charges.
To clarify what happened: uninstalling Amplius cancels the subscription automatically, no extra step is needed. However, Shopify bills app plans in 30-day cycles at the start of each cycle and adds them to your regular Shopify invoice, so the charge for the cycle that was already running appeared on the invoice after the app had been uninstalled.

Zur Erklärung: Die Deinstallation von Amplius kündigt das Abonnement automatisch, es ist kein weiterer Schritt nötig. Shopify rechnet App-Pläne jedoch in 30-Tage-Zyklen zu Beginn jedes Zyklus ab und setzt sie auf die reguläre Shopify-Rechnung. Deshalb erschien die Gebühr für den bereits laufenden Zyklus erst nach der Deinstallation auf der Rechnung.

I chose this plugin to integrate the tax code as a necessary field during registration and within the user profile in Shopify because I need it to issue an invoice. It works perfectly, solving my problem and giving me full control over registration and login.
