Not only is this the best 3D Configurator app on Shopify (and most Affordable), but hands down the best customer service I have ever received with an app purchase on ANY platform. If you are new to 3D product customizers or just 3D models in general, this is the app for you. Maël will work with you and answer any question you have to get started. There are so many hidden features that aren't even advertised. I had ZERO experience with 3D models and customizers when downloading the free trial, and Maël volunteered to meet with me for a few one-on-one sessions to get me up and running. I did not even reach out to him. He followed up with me to see if I was having a good experience with the app. That alone has earned a lifetime of support, as he has saved me countless hours of research and trial & error. I wish him much success on such a great product.

Stop looking for 3D apps, you found it. Customer support is A+, and the application is constantly improving with new features. Next to that, it runs smooth and is very easy for your site visitors to use. Also works like a charm on mobile. I would highly recommend it!

I downloaded this app a ways before I needed it and the company contacted me to check and see if I had any questions or concerns since I wasn't using it on the website yet. From that point forward, they were always incredibly helpful and communicated so well. It's been a pleasure working with the team at Angle3D and displaying their 3D customizer on our website.

To make it real short....this is the best 3D Shop configurator I have seen.....and to be honest...I can't believe this app really exists.
The app runs very well, everything is very intuitive for my customers.
But what really stood out was the support ... I never experienced support like this...they really helped me a lot.

This app allowed us to build a customer interface where they are able to build their own bike in 3D. Maël and team helped so much and always responded promptly and helpfully. This was a big project where we had very complex requests, but Angle 3D helped us complete everything we set out to. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful app, made even better by the amazing support provided by Mael. The app is really easy to use, and my customers are having so much fun customizing their rings on my website (HollyHagueDesign.com). The price is also great for what you get. Mael has been incredible every step of the way. He is not only patient and generous with his time, but is great at customer service--he's good at understanding my specific concerns, and never made me feel like I was being needy or unintelligent. As a sole proprietorship and small business, I sometimes feel ignored or minimized by companies I work with. This was a refreshing counter example.
