It does not work for targeting like it says it does, and it does not work for being able to run in specific categories. I've tried to contact customer support several times, they just blame me and say that I'm not using it correctly or don't know how to use it.

Highly recommend this app! I was struggling with a display issue where my popups wouldn't show up despite correct settings. I reached out to support, and Bashar was incredibly professional and efficient. He quickly identified a jQuery compatibility issue within my theme and fixed it promptly after I granted collaborator access. Everything is working perfectly now.
