A great app. You can review the chats with customers and see which the AI has been able to answer and where it needs more information. You can then customise it and build up more specific responses and build the knowledge base of the AI.

This is by far the best AI Chat Bot on the Shopify app store. I have tried pretty much all of them and they are glitchy and do not understand the nuances of a conversation so fail to provide a high level of support. I cannot say enough good things about this app and the CEO, Thomas Hill. Our company went viral this year. We’ve had a 400% increase in sales and we’re still growing. Our “team” consists of the owner and myself. We were going crazy trying to manage the massive influx of customer service requests. We were working late into the night. Since we’ve added Answer AI, it’s cut our work down 90%. Their app integrates with our ReCharge subscription app. So customers can easily manage their accounts. It’s been the biggest blessing. We've been using Answer Ai in production for 6 weeks now and the system is very good. We can easily tweak and tailor our answers based on what the customers are asking. The app team have been super helpful throughout the implementation. Support is first class too and queries are answered quickly. The system learns all the time, and suggests what we should create next, which we as a team regularly review.

We've reduced our customer email & phone contact queries and have been able to convert many manual chats to sales opportunities.

Overall Answer Ai helps us create a professional customer contact 2-way messaging system on our homepage which is available 24/7/365

With the Ai in place, the team can deal with other higher-priority queries while the Ai does the basics replies around deliveries and returns. We like that the Ai can check and post back delivery status to the customer even including the tracking URL, which is a great feature.

We had reservations before using Answer AI Or any chat app due to the negative experiences we have had as consumers on other sites. I’m so happy we ignored ourselves as this app really is very good and far superior to any app I’ve used on any other website. My advice is stop looking and just add it to your site, it will reduce your emails received and be genuinely helpful to your customers.
