Product Tabs ‑ Easy Tabs

Support is awful, I have emailled them twice and got no answer. The app is difficult to setup and I had to figured it out by myself. I do not recommend this app at all.

After initial help with installation, no further response or help from devs. Reviews tab showed a review form, despite having this turned off in Product Reviews app. Asked for urgent help removing it as Google requires no review form on the website in order to have product reviews visible on Google shopping ads (need verified customer reviews only). Followed up this request for assistance and still no response. In addition, tabs are very slow to load, kicking in about 2 seconds after the rest of the page. Custom tabs do not use website font, and my site font was not available in the editor. Editor also clunky and not user-friendly. Did not bother asking for assistance in these additional areas as I did not receive a response to my urgent enquiry after 5 days.

Well, I must be the anomaly, as I have not gotten install support or any response for that matter. I installed 4 hours ago. Chat box states they are "live and ready to help"... I've requested via chat 2x with no response.
Emailed, no response. I want to try this app, but can't get it to work.
