Excellent app with outstanding customer support. Susan was incredibly responsive, patient, and professional throughout the entire setup process. She helped us customize the widget to perfectly match our Shopify theme, quickly resolved both desktop and mobile layout issues, and was open to our UX suggestions. Outstanding app and exceptional customer support!
