I’m unfortunately very disappointed with Apex Cart Progress Bar.
The app offers very limited customization and configuration options. The logic is quite restricted, and more advanced setups are simply not possible.
What really concerned me: the app suddenly injected sections onto our product pages — even though no campaign was active. There was no clear way to disable or remove these sections inside the app. This creates unnecessary risk when testing apps on a live store.
Customer support is only available via email, which slows down problem resolution significantly.
There are better alternatives on the market at the same price point that offer more flexibility and better control.
I cannot recommend this app.
Support always no reply, and "Your message wasn't delivered to support@apexapps.shop because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

First, customer service really bad attitude ( Hey, why would you leave the 1 review?
I gave you support, answered you your questions.
That's not cool from your end..) Before this happened, I’m asking about the issue at Live Chat but 1 week ago never reply.
Second, I have facing another problem not sure why can’t active both campaign at the same time, cause the issue in campaign can use geolocation different countries will show different campaign. But developer reply unfortunately is not work. Why developer reply suddenly? Cause I found this developer partner apps email address, send to them mention all this issue. Final receive from this developer app reply immediately.

This app is fantastic, it's the best progress bar/upsell app we've found. The team is brilliant, they have responded to all our questions and have been willing to work with us to make improvements to the app. Thank you!
Great app! What would make this even better is if the product recommendations could show as little thumbnails under the progress bar! Great app...easy to install and use.

however I think there needs to be some updates to make app from good to perfect
here are my suggestions:
Currently, you can only run one campaign at a time. Sellers with customers in multiple countries can’t fully utilize the progress bar because of this restriction. While you can choose which countries see the shipping bar, it only shows the currency of your store’s location. For example, my store is in Australia and uses AUD. If a US customer sees a goal in AUD, it can be confusing and problematic. So having the seller be able to use the progress bar with different currencies and select multiple countries to be used in. The app will overall be much better.
There is absolutely no customer service.

The functionality of this app is fantastic! It’s the best app out there for this purpose. It’s easy to set up and wonderfully customizable to match my shop’s design. One suggestion for the future would be to allow multiple campaigns to run simultaneously—like different progress bars for different countries (just a small wish, though I understand I might be the only one with this need ;)).
Overall, I am very happy with it and highly recommend the app. The support is attentive, helpful, and excellent.

However it did not work on our store - reached out to support was told it would be looked into - never heard back.
Other issue IMO is the promotions you set up are stackable - no option to avoid promotion stacking.
