Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

Today January 16th 2024 was my first interaction with APLIIQ and I must say I was very pleased. The agent was quite patient and courteous and was able to get my issue resolved. I would definitely recommend Apliiq to anyone who is in the e-commerce space.

I was extremely hesitant to start doing business with Apliiq, and I also had a ton of questions. I booked a call with Pete and he was friendly, helpful, and direct. He gave me good insight as to the service they offer and how they can help me. I look forward to working with them. I recommend everyone book a call and get their questions answered before they jump, you will feel much better about your decision.

I was looking for an online clothing store for a few years now and played around with a bunch of platforms. Apliiq's UI and seamless integration into Shopify helped tremendously. But what stood out the most is their customer success team. They will take calls for you at any time and walk you through each step. This really helped me to start selling and creating. Had the best experience with Apliiq today. I had placed an order 2 days ago and I need to expand and add to the order. Hoping I was not too late I contact Apliiq via chat. Within 2 minutes, Kimberly, a customer rep signed on and started to assist me. I gave her the order number and she tracked the order. She advised that I still had time to add more items and helped me through the process. She actually did everything for me in the backend and then sent a payment link which I paid immediately. First off, let me say that the last two years has been a huge learning curve in building a business and now doing Print on Demand. My head is truly spinning in all the new systems I have had to employ to accomplish what I have. When it came time to find a Print on Demand company , I stumbled upon Apliiq and I am GLAD I DID!!! For a rookie like me, everything was pretty easy to learn and the tools are pretty self explanitory. On a few occassions I have had to utilize the online chat or email, and each time the responses have been quick and professionall (when I say professional I would emphasize that they were solution based, not condescending, and very educational..... and pleasant to deal with). I will also say that the video''s they have just seemed to click with me. It seems everyone and their brother has a video on how to do this stuff, but they're either too fast paced, or too technical for me right now...... Apliiq is just like the lesson from Goldilocks, lol......Just Right!! Thanks to Pete for helping me get this business up and running!!! You Rock!!!
