Today January 16th 2024 was my first interaction with APLIIQ and I must say I was very pleased. The agent was quite patient and courteous and was able to get my issue resolved. I would definitely recommend Apliiq to anyone who is in the e-commerce space.

Had the best experience with Apliiq today. I had placed an order 2 days ago and I need to expand and add to the order. Hoping I was not too late I contact Apliiq via chat. Within 2 minutes, Kimberly, a customer rep signed on and started to assist me. I gave her the order number and she tracked the order. She advised that I still had time to add more items and helped me through the process. She actually did everything for me in the backend and then sent a payment link which I paid immediately. The process was seamless with professional and efficient communication. Kimberly is an asset to Apliiq and I hope to have her assist in the future if I need customer support. Well done!!!

Just getting into the apparel space and having trouble finding a good manufacturer, which can take months with trail and error. Apliiq definitely has some of best garments to use and best quality customer service. Always can set up meetings with any representative to help understand and make the process very easy. The team at Apliiq are rockstars, every time I need to check a detail or make sure something is just right, they are there for me. I love their approval process which means for new designs, the team checks the specs of the artwork to ensure quality printing. The range of products Apliiq offers are quality and diverse. For embroidery in particular, Apliiq is unchallenged by the competition in my experience. Additionally, they offer white labeling of your designs which allows for a truly branded experience for your customer.

At Apliiq, a human reviews every file you submit for production to check for small errors or mistakes that could impact the quality of the finished product. An artist will improve or recommend improvements to your file for you. This service is included for free with all orders and allows Apliiq to ensure the highest quality finished products available. Also, if you aren't pleased with the result of any product you receive, you can simply schedule a call to discuss the order and we can work together to improve the results.
