Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

I recently ventured into the Print on Demand (POD) world with Apliiq, and it has proven to be an excellent choice. I highly recommend Apliiq to any entrepreneur considering POD.
Pete, the manager, was instrumental in my experience. His expertise shone through as he patiently answered all my questions and walked me through the ordering process. Pete's guidance made everything seamless.
I ordered a sample from Apliiq, and it was perfect. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I received numerous compliments on the final product. Apliiq's user-friendly platform and impressive customization options allowed my ideas to come to life effortlessly.

The idea of this company is great. Definitely an excellent way to get a clothing line off the ground for little to no money. Two complaints about the app though: 1. There seems to be no order in which shipments will go out. You would think they released orders chronologically (orders that were placed first were also shipped first—not the case!) 2. (The biggest one for me) This company seems to have major issues maintaining adequate inventory of the garments. Frequently I will have customers place orders only to get an email from Apliiq that the product is out of stock (at which point they will suggest an alternative option—many times in a totally different color. If the customer wants a black hat, no a purple hat will not suffice). I would say this happens on about 25% of my orders. Far too high to just brush off as a “sometimes” or “occasional” problem. I asked Apliiq to be updated on inventory status of items that are in my store, so I could make products available accordingly, and they said this is something they cannot do. Very frustrating. Summary being, I like everything about this company a lot. The quality is there. If they could just hold more inventory and release orders chronologically it would be perfect!

Great Company, I have used them for 2 months and they are very good with quality and reprinting any mistakes made as well as fixing issues that arise. The only issue is their customer service response time. No phone number to call, and their online service can take up to a week to hear back.

Solid customer service, products are great, the embroidery on our products was really well done and the ability to do private labels is awesome.

Customer service (Peter) was great and able to handle my situation !!! Would be 5 stars if they could spend processing up faster !!! .. Will update soon as my situation is complete !!!

Great app, great service. I used this app to help me with my clothing line. I really like their service and how interactive they are.

Pretty much a complete fail for us, costing us hundreds of dollars in refunds plust the cost of the "premium" account where we were supposed to get embroidered labels put on products. After about 4 to 6 weeks of NO fulfillment, customers think your company is a scam. The virus, riots, the weather... all kinds of excuses. Now their moving and experiencing "growing pains" or whatever. Fail. Fail. FAIL.

I use to this app to create all of my merchandise for my business. I love how it gives me complete control as well as a multitude of different products to make according to my liking. I highly recommend for all people looking to create that special piece of work to advertise their business.

The customers love the quality and they have the best POD prices. Customer service is super helpful when they respond!!!

Peter was extremely helpful when I sent in a chat. The one thing that I would suggest doing is getting pockets that already come on the tee so they are the same color as the shirt. This allows people to just add a design to the pocket, but it does not force the user to have to color the entire pocket or turn it white. Thanks for your help!
