Hey, thanks for the review. We do ship internationally from the United States. Is there a specific order you are having a problem with?
Great customer service, very helpful with everything i needed to know as i learn about Printing on demand.
Also love their pricing and option to use custom labels on every item on their catalog!
I'm on the verge of launching my shop with many things on my mind in order to prepare, trying to assemble things to make sure they're ready and this includes the quality of the products of course... and Kim has been a genuine help from the very beginning. She personally sought/is seeking to assure my orders are made to my original vision before they ship, and is fun and kind to talk to.
I've also had many questions for months and she has honestly set my mind at ease with some of the more logistical things. There's more, but suffice it to say that I'm thankful to have chosen Apliiq and pretty stoked for more to come.
If you see products on their site that you like and you are thinking of starting a little biz or something, it's really easy to work with them and even quite exciting when you begin to see it all together.
P.s.
I would not write a review if I didn't believe in it, I just felt that Kim had earned it. I think that should say something about the service.

I have had several questions regarding my venture into launching my Clothing Line, No Hustle No Muscle. I have scheduled conference calls and chats with Peter, Atiya, and David. They were all prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering my questions and assisting me in solving issues or educating me on uploading Apliiq images and SKU numbers for orders and to add to my site. I have ordered products for a QC Check and have been very pleased with the Quality of the printing services, and branding; the application of neck prints, tags, and apparel labels. I plan to launch in a week or so and I am honored to be an Apliiq Partner. They are a one-stop shop with Embellishments, Branding, and Fulfillment. silly prices, terrible interface cool concepts and creative print options but for the prices .....not a fan sorry

Apologies for getting off on the wrong foot, but I noticed you never reached out to customer service or placed an order... it doesn't seem like you gave this app a fair shot. (just our $0.02 🤦♂️)
Also, I'm nearly certain you aren't looking at the dropship pricing. Don't hesitate to reach out in the future with any questions.
P.S. -We are also an American company, as opposed to a European company (Printful, Printify, & Gelato), so you can definitely connect with a person right here in the U.S.A. if that's important to you! 😉
