Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

Kim at Aplliq was an enormous help! A local customer wanted to exchange sizes before the holidays. 3 gifts for his daughters who are away at college. I know this can be the craziest, busiest time of the year, but Kim was able to help expedite the order! Hopefully I can get their merch to them in time!! Thanks again to the team at Apliiq! We’ve had a great experience using Apliiq for our Shopify store. I worked directly with Peter and he was incredible. He responded so quickly and was genuinely helpful every time we reached out, which honestly made a huge difference for us.

Customer service is one of the most important things to us, and that’s where Apliiq really stands out. After trying a few other companies, it was clear how set apart their team is. It feels good working with a company where you know someone actually cares and is paying attention.

Poor Quality & Unresponsive Support

I ordered a single sample T-shirt to test Apliiq’s quality before placing a larger order. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service were both disappointing.

Issues with the product:
• Embroidery: Very loose stitching with visible gaps. Threads look unsecured and likely to unravel.
• Branded neck tag: Contains a visible defective line/break in the print.
• Rib collar: Unevenly attached at the shoulder, creating a noticeable step/bump instead of a smooth, straight collar.

I provided clear photos showing each defect.

Customer service experience:
• Two emails were sent with no response.
• I had to use live chat to get help.
• The representative kept asking for additional photos of non-defective areas, despite acknowledging the visible issue.
• No refund or meaningful resolution was offered, and a lot of time was wasted.

As a brand owner, attention to detail is critical. If this is the result for a single sample, I wouldn’t trust placing a bulk order. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Apliiq.

I’ve been working with Apliiq for my apparel brand, and overall the experience has been solid. Their product quality stands out, especially for cut-and-sew details, embroidery, and premium blanks, which makes a big difference if you’re trying to build a fashion-forward brand rather than basic merch.

Turnaround times are reasonable for print-on-demand, and their Shopify integration makes it easy to manage products without holding inventory. Customer support has been responsive when I’ve had questions, and they’re clearly built for brands that care about design and customization.

If you’re looking for a POD partner that offers more elevated options and flexibility than standard print shops, Apliiq is a strong choice, especially for streetwear or boutique-style brands.

Working with Apliiq on bulk orders has been great. They produce a high quality product, and actually care about customers.
