J'utilise Crisp avec Juliette depuis plus d'un an. Tu peux y aller les yeux fermés, le top selon moi. J'avais une autre solution dans ma start-up précédente & tout est plus simple & efficace ici. (en bonus, l'équipe est réactive et nous a accompagné pour rendre le support + performant)

Après plusieurs années sur Zendesk, nous sommes ravis d’avoir tenté l’expérience CRISP. C’est un outil à la fois simple et super puissant pour gérer sa relation client (chat, mail, réseaux sociaux etc).

Facile à connecter et à paramétrer, facile à utiliser au quotidien pour toutes les équipes. Mais vraiment puissant avec la possibilité de créer des chatbots et de nombreux scenarios...

Gros plus, la team Crisp est super sympa, toujours disponible et ultra réactive

Works like a charm.
Easy to install and set up (barely 2 minutes), I'm still discovering all the capabilities but damn it goes well!
You can customize the chatbox in few tweaks to match it with your store theme.
The best feature to me is that I can apply tags to my customers to offer them the most dedicated and customised selling experience, matching their needs and anticipating their behaviour.
I will ensure to connect all my social accounts and create a help center to get a seamless messaging experience.

Definitely a go-to app if you want to step up the CX of your store

De loin la meilleure application de Live Chat. Nous étions sur Tidio auparavant et avons changé pour Crisp !

L'application est très ergonomique et l'automatisation du Chat est très facile à faire.
L'équipe support est réactive.

Je recommande Crisp pour tous ceux qui souhaitent avoir une réelle application de Live Chat !

I had a terrible experience with this company. They suddenly blocked my account, leaving me unable to access my information. Then, they demanded all kinds of documents and business registration files from me, and even asked for an English version. After wasting a whole day providing everything they asked for, they informed me that my account couldn't be restored. This was an enormous waste of my time and effort. I do not recommend this company.

Throughout the verification process, you never mentioned the issue of the 18+ wall, but instead repeatedly demanded that we provide our company's business registration information and other documents. This caused significant inconvenience to our employees who had to apply for various certificates from our company, only to be ultimately rejected. Moreover, due to the sudden account suspension, we were unable to respond to our customers who were in the middle of receiving services.

We are sorry about this bad experience. However, your company is selling sex toys, and as a business, we have a legal responsibility and must respect local legislation.

It appears your company doesn't fit with our local regulations because there is no 18+ wall.

It's mandatory for European people. Feel free to update your website so we can review your application.

Great app! Fast customer service. Might need some fine tuning in making it more easier to understand the overview of the interface / user-journey. Otherwise great app. Would recommend

too high of a cost for a monthly fee, the free version is too limited, interface looked clean and fast but still not sure its worth it

Hey, by getting a paid plan (which starts at 25$/mo), you also get the ability to connect emails, Messenger and benefit from triggers. You can also add 4 people to your inbox to create a collaborative inbox and get rid of your traditional outlook (automated chat messages: https://help.crisp.chat/en/article/how-to-use-triggers-pq0znd/).

In fact, Crisp is much more than a basic live chat for Shopify :)
