It does a very effective job at weeding out suspicious orders, and it provides the tools you need to quickly investigate every order. This product works as advertised, and it should be considered a must-have for every Shopify store. It supports Canadian customers as well!

This app is super helpful! We were having a problem with fraudulent orders until we installed this app. Ed is great, he walked me through the set up and answered all my questions right away.

I recently found and configured Subuno to help battle an increasing number of fraudulent orders from specific international destinations.

We ship internationally, but Shopify does not natively allow us to blacklist specific countries. Subuno fills the gap nicely by allowing us to create rules that flag all international orders and automatically reject those that we know are highly likely to be fraudulent. Highly recommended!

Perfect, much more than I expected; this in an extremely valuable tool, especially selling digital-goods.

Instant set up, and the emails from support have been prompt and a pleasure to deal with.

I was very skeptical about this app until I launched it and began using it. We have had so much fraud, and this will allow us to monitor it much better. It will save us a lot of money now that we can prevent fraud.

This is the app to use if you're serious about fraud prevention. It's worth the money if you receive frauds and there is nothing else that comes close in terms of features. Support is great too, highly recommended!

This app is amazing! Thanks to this app, I've been able to virtually prevent all fraudulent purchase attempts once I get an alert that a fraudulent purchase was made. After we had a major series of fraudulent purchases happen to us a while ago (that we didn't detect until we had to refund thousands of dollars), we knew we had to get an app like this.

Now we never end of shipping orders that end of fraudulent ever again. Highly recommend this app!
