Appointment Booking Appntly

I recently switched to Appointly from another scheduling App because I was looking for an app that was reasonably priced, had all the features I needed, allowed me to take online and manual bookings, and also to not require customers to pay at the time of booking (I am an in-person service-based business and bill customers at the end of their appointment). Appointly was easy to set up and configure, offers nice looking notification emails, and the customer support was swift and top notch! It was a great experience from beginning to end - I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for an easy way to book customer appointments online with lots of features and at a great price point!

If you offer services - I love the consent forms before submitting a payment , multiple payment options like deposit, full payment, half, etc.

Really great affordable booking site

I switched from another app and so far I really love it! I needed special verbiage on the deposit screen and Sam took care of it within minutes. I reached out and got back to me quickly and solved the problem. I recommend the app if your in need of booking appointments. You can add your own questions and much more. Thank you!!!

App works very well. Lots of customizable options for length of appointment and buffer times. Also great for booking manual appointments since it allows you to override the existing schedule if you need to.

I liked the App as price wise and functionality . Also, I liked the support was instant and prompt, and they did few customizations for us ...really appreciate the efforts and the work thanks ..recommended App

Just set up the service and eye appreciate that chat support is helpful and quick with the responses. Zoom integration was pretty easy too and eye didn't have to get the paid subscription to zoom.

After installing and testing 3 other booking/appointment plugins this app is the winner. Also, customer service was incredibly fast (talking real-time speed) and they were able to accommodate all of my asks.

I recently had the opportunity to use the Appointly app by Shopify, and I must say it has greatly streamlined my appointment management process.
