Wanted to make some quick tweaks and Sam, the developer, was able to help me make those changes with 5 minutes. Excellent app with fantastic features and does exactly what I needed for my business.
The app is easy to use and does the job. Customer support is friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend it!
so far this app has worked really well for our store. However would be better if week long appointments could be made rather than just allocated times

This app is great, it offers so many options and enables me to do everything I need for my appointments, the support team are great too and always on hand for any questions.

I downloaded this from another app on Shopify, It was easy to set up as I had history working with these online schedulers, and honestly, even if you didn't- this app set up is pretty easy...
During my first day, I had several appointments roll in abs one conflicted with the other. I didn't know what to do, but the system automatically caught it and prompted the buyer to reschedule. I reached out for help, I connected with Sam. He was very prompt, super helpful and patient. He walked me through what I needed and I was able to learn what was necessary.
The wait time to connect with support was less than 10 min. Total time: roughly 15-20 minutes as I had several questions. Great service, will continue to use as long as there are no problems! Thanks again Sam!
