Appointment Booking App Apntly

I am using this app for our med spa and it is great! Easy to use and manage integration to outlook, google calendars by individual team member. It also allows you to block out dates on change of availability per team member. In addition, you can edit the emails sent for each step of the way for your clients.

After trying to decide which app to use... I am so happy I chose Appointly! They were able to assist me in a timely manner and resolved my issue! Not only did they assist with questions concerning the app, they also were nice enough to help me with another issue! They definitely went above and beyond! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Works like its supposed to, support was quick to respond. Integrates with Zoom well. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I just installed this application for my shopify website, and loved the customer support. They helped me with everything, from adding it to my website to making it looking aesthetic, changing the design. Very impressed by this app and their service.

I’m new to Shopify, and setting up Appntly was incredibly easy and straightforward. Booking appointments on Shopify can be tricky, and finding an affordable, reliable solution is even tougher. Appntly has made it hassle-free to get started, with a great range of features that suit both newcomers and seasoned store owners.

The standout, though, is the customer service. Sam is wonderful—quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and you'd never guess they're managing everything solo. I reached out through chat on a Sunday evening and got an immediate, helpful response (definitely not a bot!), which was impressive and much appreciated.

While I haven't tried the upgraded options yet, they look well-priced and like they’d be great value. I’m eager to explore them as my business grows. Even though my store isn’t live yet, I’m really satisfied with Appntly’s performance and service. I’ll definitely be back to update once I have more experience, but so far, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I downloaded this app to schedule a one day event that I need to set up individual time slot appointments. I found the app to be a little confusing(I'm not tech savvy) so I used the messenger to ask questions. I got immediate replies and was able to get everything up and running within 5 minutes. Incredibly fast service and special bonus, I love that he could change the color to match my branding:)

30x Cheaper than other appointment booking app I was using and have a very easy Customer Support and helped me customize my app to exactly what I need.

Sam provided exceptional customer service to me - and on a holiday! App was super easy to set up and integrated beautifully with my site. Sam even changed the widget colors for me to match my site. This may seem small, but to a non-developer it saved me a lot of time so I could focus on setting up the rest of my website. Highly recommend!
