Appointment Booking App Apntly

I am using this app for my equipment booking business and it works perfectly! I was using a different app for my bookings but I needed to take deposits and the other app did not have that feature. I found Appointly and they have a deposit option and for their top package it was still less a month compared to the other app I was using. I had a few questions during the set-up and I customer service walked me through resolving a few issues that I had. One was that I could not figure out how to expand my available time and the resolution was simple. I didn't realize that I needed to expand available time in my team tab. The other was that I wanted to change how my clients see my available variants. This took coding changes and their customer service changed the coding in the app to make me happy. Super happy with this app!

Setup was quick and easy. Had one question for support. They answered their chat feature quickly and was able to give me an answer right away. I love that this app allows you to schedule a gap between appointments. I prefer a 24-hour period prior to a client scheduling with me so that I can create a plan of action for providing business support services to them. This app allows me to set that up. Fantastic app and support. Thank you so much Appointly!!!

I used this app for my tutoring service and first of all it was much easier to use than Book That App which was recommended to me. Second of all, the onboarding experience was amazing!! I got so much help one on one and I am really glad because I am now set up. Thank you to the Appointly team - great work!

I have been looking for a booking engine to add to my Shopify site, and Appointly has been the easiest way to do this! The developer, Sam, has been awesome to work with and made this addition to my shop an absolute breeze. I finished the booking addition to my site about 30 minutes ago, and already have clients successfully booked for their appointments.
