I cannot tell you how wonderful the customer service is. I was using another booking system that was a nightmare. The Appointly team had my booking system back up and running in less than 30 minutes. We worked through every kink. They were AMAZING!

Great little app - v useful for scheduling visits by customers and quite important if you are not a retail outlet which is open all the time. We are hoping that the self-serving feature will allow our customers to book appointments at ease and reschedule without the need to call or email us.
