Excellent customer service when I needed assistance customising to match my online store. Flexible uses and easy to make changes to services and also offers email and SMS reminders which also can be easily customised.

I use this app to book clients for services instead of having to create a new booking site. Easy to use and tech support was helpful in getting all set up.

I'm still on the Free Plan but liking what I'm seeing so far. Sam has been very helpful with the setup, when I got stumped on the proper settings. He guided me through and now the scheduling works perfectly! Awesome job, SAM!!! The app does exactly what we wanted to go with!

I actually saw this app on another website and loved how seamless it was. I sourced it and added the app. I had a little issue installing it (just my theme), and I sent a support message, and it was fixed at the backend within minutes.

It was easy to link to Zoom and auto-generates appointment links! The customer support is also extremely personable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to add booking to Shopify!

Appointly has to be my favorite appointment booking plug-in to use in Shopify. They are spontaneous when coming up with solutions. You can tell Sam is a professional, he can get it done the way you want right away. Great customer service in a timely manner. Highly recommended for everyone.
