I'm a first-time business owner and I did a lot of research while choosing the booking app for my website, and Appointly stood out to me. After integrating the software just yesterday, I have had access to live support to do everything from customize my color scheme to fixing 3rd party glitches on my behalf. There is so much that can be done with the Free Plan, but the Pro is incredibly affordable for what you get! I'm not sure why more people aren't talking about Appointly, but so far I am a big fan :)

I have a studio space to rent in hour intervals and Appointly has been great for this purpose. It has been very customizable and any problems I had, the customer service has been super fast and quick to adjust the program to fit my needs. Appointly has the most customization options and ease of use out of programs I compared it to. The program is clean and easy for the customer as well. Buffer times, customer cancellation and reschedule, specific day hours, text change, email notifications, questions at booking, it's all there. Highly Recommend. Get app. I had an issue trying to get something to work and they immediately helped me set it up correctly. Works like a charm. Very easy
