I spoke with the founder of this app today. It is currently 10:45 p.m. GMT on a Sunday and Sam made us aware it is 4:AM where they are located. FANTASTIC SERVICE. The app is a great addition to our site, well worth it and a big thumbs up from us at Seven Studios. Very easy to use, I asked a simple question "Does the app allow links to our company emails" A quick step-by-step process was sent to me to follow. The appointment app I was using is being discontinued, so I had to go shopping for a new one. I gave Appointly a try.

At first, I was not super happy because you could only get calendar integration at the highest billing level. BUT THEN....

I had a little issue setting things up. I hit the Chat Support button, and explained my issue. I expected a Bot answer, or someone who would take 30 minutes to understand my problem, and then turf me somewhere into space.

Instead, I found myself chatting with the actual guy who did the actual coding. He said it would take 2 minutes to fix my problem. He lied. It was no more than 30 seconds!!!

And now that I have the thing installed, DAMN IS IT SLICK! SO much better than the other one I was using. It's easy to understand, but still has all the bells and whistles I need, plus ones I didn't even know I needed, but will definitely use!

I feel confident writing this glowing review on Day One, simply because I got such great service. This is the way things are supposed to be, and almost never are.

I have been looking for an app to integrate with my shopify store because I am both a product and service based business. The app is super intuative and when I did have questions, support scheduled a call with me for the next business day. Very impressed so far!
