We have this app on 2 of our stores at the moment and it seems to be working well for what we need. Anytime i have needed assistance it has been quick and painless. i look forward to seeing more features added in the future such as automatic timezone conversions.

I had a very specific request and reached out via chat to see if my booking feature could be embedded on a page rather than linked to a block on the landing page. Annie was able to help create what I was looking for making it convenient for me to share with only those that need the link to the page. Annie was so easy to work with and very thorough in understanding my vision and what our needs are as a non-profit Youth Hockey League. Very quick to respond and make things happen. The app is pretty easy and straight forward to use as well. Another PLUS!

Poor. Unstable. Not worth the time. We have had this app installed for a while now and just recently a customer reached out and wanted to book an appointment. The customer told us it didn't work. Looking in to it we found out that the widget isn't showing. We contacted support. Their first response was "it looks good from our end...". A few lines later they said they were gonna double check and also check with the tech team and get back. Never got back and when i reach out again they said "Oh we have already double checked everything and it looks good from our end". Their lates solution to the problem was sending me print-screens of all different devices and web-browsers they have to prove that it works. For us it still does not work even though we have tried different browsers, computers, phones, wifi-connection. But... I guess booking support ain't that easy after all...

I have been using Bookeasy for 6 months to manager appointments for a spa and service based boutique that uses Shopify for e-commerce and product management. I recently had an issue with a double booking and Sudhan was very helpful in finding a solution. I really appreciate that you can book time to chat live with a representative to help you with Bookeasy.

Bookeasy is a very user-friendly app that does exactly what it promises. The overall experience has been fantastic, with a responsive and helpful team behind it. All my questions were answered quickly during a 20-minute call with Rahul, one of their team members. A must-download for any company handling bookings.

This app has changed my life, so simple and I just get consultations booked effotlessly, I just check my diary the night before and its all done -
Siva, was a great help, I needed to check that my google calender was auto pulling my appointment through and he was super efficient.

This app has great functionality but disappointing customer support.

For some reason, the app stopped working only for my BEST SELLING product. I don't know how long the issue has been affecting my store and I don't even want to imagine how much money I've lost because of this issue!
I was wondering why I was having a very low sales day and it was not until a customer finally reached out because she couldn't set the date for the appointment because the widget never stopped buffering that I realized what was going on!
I tried everything on my end, cloning the appointment and deleting the one that wasn't working, creating one from scratch, adding the product to an appointment that was working, but nothing worked.

Then, I sought support from the app and realized they don't even have live chat. You send your inquiry and they respond via email whenever they want. THAT IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

So here I am now: losing money, still waiting for them to respond, and taking a look at other apps available on the app store.

We have thoroughly investigated the issue you faced. On July 18, 2024, we released a new version of the Bookeasy app, which included some script changes and new features. Shortly after, you contacted us because your appointment booking was not working for a specific product. Upon raising a ticket with our technical team, we discovered that the issue was caused by special characters in your appointment details. The new release restricted the use of special characters in input fields. We have since resolved this issue, ensuring that your appointment works correctly.
