Appointment Booking — Bookeasy

This app has changed my life, so simple and I just get consultations booked effotlessly, I just check my diary the night before and its all done -
Siva, was a great help, I needed to check that my google calender was auto pulling my appointment through and he was super efficient.

Scheduled a zoom appointment for some additional help and the customer service was amazing. Annie was helping me out today and they were very kind and helpful. I was also new to the app and they guided me through a lot of the features bookeasy has to offer. They saved me a lot of time explaining everything in a short call session.

I got some issues with the app & had to schedule a consultation. Rahul was very helpful with helping me navigating & fixing the issues. The app is relatively easy to use and effective for my store.

I have been using Bookeasy for 6 months to manager appointments for a spa and service based boutique that uses Shopify for e-commerce and product management. I recently had an issue with a double booking and Sudhan was very helpful in finding a solution. I really appreciate that you can book time to chat live with a representative to help you with Bookeasy.

Great app. Intuitive. The service is very good. I had a couple of issues (my end) and they quickly and easily helped me solve them.

Annie was wonderful to deal with. I installed the app pretty seamlessly, though there were a few customisations that i wanted to take place on the store.

After a call with Annie, she quickly opened a ticket for the tech team to action my requests and edit the booking flow to be as per my request.

I have been using Bookeasy for 1 week, but the technical support has been wonderful. I was looking for an app that would allow me to use line item properties alongside bookings and this one has been everything I dreamed of. Shoutout to Rahul and Kavishan for being my best store collaborators.
